Is it safe?
COPYFLARE is designed for easy presentation sharing and convenient file sharing. It's perfect for sharing presentations, documents, and non-sensitive files quickly and easily.
Most people connect to their email inbox or WhatsApp on public computers to transfer a presentation or file. COPYFLARE eliminates the risk of leaving your email or WhatsApp account open and forgotten on a public computer. You don't need to connect any physical devices or enter personal credentials on public computers. Simply enter your temporary code and access your presentation securely without the risk of leaving your accounts logged in.
What happens if someone knows my code?
They will be able to view and download your file/text. The code acts as a temporary access key. Once the code expires, no one will be able to access the file anymore. Only share your code with people you trust.
How long is the code valid?
The system allows you to choose the duration of your code's validity. Free users can select from 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 1 hour. Premium users have access to an extended 24-hour validity option.
Are my files deleted?
Yes. Files uploaded to the system are automatically deleted at predetermined intervals to ensure your privacy and security.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions let you create premium links with Extended Retention and larger file sizes.
• Choose how long each file stays available (5 min, 30 min, or 1 hour)
• Premium links include Extended Retention: 30 days or until your subscription ends
• Each plan includes a maximum number of concurrent active links
• Links remain active even if your subscription expires (within their retention period)

What are the different pricing plans?
We offer four subscription plans:
- Single Link ($1) - 1 active link, up to 100MB per link
- Lite ($3) - 5 active links, up to 100MB per link
- Pro ($7) - 15 active links, up to 100MB per link
- Power ($12) - 40 active links, up to 200MB per link
All plans provide 30 days validity per link. Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from purchase.
Where is my account?
Your account is in your subscription code. There's no need for authentication, username, or password. Simply save your subscription code and use it to access your premium features whenever needed.
I purchased credits. How do I use them?
When you purchase credits, you receive a credit code. Enter this code on the home page, and you'll be able to create premium links with extended retention times and larger file sizes. Do not lose your code! – losing your code means losing access to your credits with no option to recover it.
Do you offer special accounts for organizations and academic institutions?
Yes. We provide tailored solutions for academic institutions and organizations. For example, we can create a special conference code that allows all conference presentations to be sent to a single centralized location. Contact us at:
